The SPX Flow PE39 electric hydraulic bolting pump and PA60-A air-powered hydraulic pump deliver dependable 700-bar (10,000 psi) hydraulic pressure in compact, highly-efficient designs ideal for bolting wrench operations. The PE39 features dual-speed electric operation, lightweight portability (≈ 20 kg including oil), and is suitable for both vertical and horizontal use, with a flow range of 3.7 L/min (low pressure) to 0.64 L/min (high pressure). It includes a removable calibration gauge, adjustable pressure regulator, and optional cooling fan, guaranteeing over 100,000 duty cycles and continuous performance up to 50 °C ambient.
The PA60-A, an Infinity Stage Air Pump, doubles productivity through continuous high-flow pressure delivery—achieving up to 9.4 L/min at low pressure and 0.8 L/min high pressure. It is lightweight (≈ 35–43 kg including oil), ATEX certified (II 2 GDc T4), and supplies power for up to four tools via a manifold. With features like a removable pendant, calibration-capable gauge, and fewer service parts, the PA60-A is built for reliable, lower-life-cycle costs on industrial jobsites.
